This online application form cannot be used if you are applying for Immigration, FERA (NCCAOM, Acupuncture/TCM licensing Boards), TSBME or UMUC!
The online application process is similar to an interview. The information you will enter is based on the choices you make as you complete the application. You will be asked to provide your contact information and your educational history. You will also have an opportunity to choose where to send the completed evaluation and to request additional copies.
Once you have completed the application and received your ID number, please send photocopies of ALL foreign educational records in the original language with the ID number attached. If there is any text on the back pages of the documents, PLEASE BE SURE TO PHOTOCOPY BOTH THE FRONT AND BACK PAGES. That includes your secondary school graduation certificate, transcripts (individual mark sheets) and degrees/diplomas received for all postsecondary studies. If you do not have a certain record in your possession, please indicate so in the comment section of the online application form. It is not necessary to send in a course description/syllabus unless requested by AACRAO to do so.
You can do the translation of these records yourself. It does not have to be notarized or certified. Please make sure that the translation is literal (word for word) and follows the format of the original document. The translator must sign the translated copy and include contact information.

If you cancel a request before the evaluation is completed you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.
All completed evaluations are mailed First Class (or Foreign Air Mail to overseas addresses). If you decide to have completed evaluations returned by courier service, you will need to prepay for such service and provide prepaid mailers.

- Information about the last Secondary School (High School) you attended
- Information about any Postsecondary (University level) institutions you attended
- Information about any degrees, diplomas, certificates received, or exams you have taken
- A valid Visa card, Mastercard, or American Express card
- Contact information for the cardholder
If you do not currently have an email address, you can sign up for a free Gmail account.
At the end of the online application process, you must pay for your evaluation using a credit card. If you do not complete the payment process, you will have to begin the application process again from the beginning.
